Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

This is a quick and easy recipe, even though I have to get out my mixer and it has more ingredients than I prefer for my laziness cutting down my time in the kitchen, but I like that I don't have to keep an eye out on the time because this is a no bake pie. And oh my, it's good!

Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
9 oz Cool Whip
Graham cracker crust

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter together thoroughly. Add powdered sugar and beat til completely mixed. Slowly add milk til mixed, then beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Fold in Cool Whip by hand. Pour into graham cracker crust.

Freeze at least 2 hours before serving.
