This quick and easy meal comes courtesy of Little Rays of Sunshine, aka Morrow Sunshine. :)
2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
water
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
salt & pepper, to taste
Combine soup and seasonings in a baking dish. Rinse the can with approximately 1/2 c water (enough to rinse out the remaining soup from the can), and add to mixture. Stir well. Place chicken breasts in baking dish and cover with soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!

This is right up my lazy kitchen alley! I like recipes that are quick and easy and don't have much clean up afterwards. Just one casserole dish here. Yay!
