These are pretty easy to make, though they do take more than a few minutes. They're soooo worth it, though, if you like Reese's peanut butter cups.
Peanut Butter Bars
1 cup melted butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
2.5 cups powdered sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
Melt butter in large saucepan. Crush graham crackers and add to melted butter. Add peanut butter and powdered sugar. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips on low, and add 1 tablespoon butter. Spread over pan. Chill and cut into bars.
Substitution: if I don't have graham crackers, I've substituted crushed Rice Krispies, and they still taste great!
If you have a microwave, here's a recipe that looks similar.
